First of all you go and tour the apartment it looks descent. Then you move and it all goes to crap. You realize the horrible things that you can't in the tour i.e. the heat blows, it either runs constantly or not at all and when it does run it is 80 degrees the whole time even if the thermastat says 70. The water pressure is great if you like cold showers. The hot water just dribbles out. The walls are so non exisitent you can hear neighbors talking on the phone. Before you plan on going anywhere make sure you spare about an extra 10 minutes to get there because that is how long it takes just to get out of this apartment complex. Also when you decide to come back be sure it is around 6 p.m. because after that there is pretty much no parking. Listen for when your neighbors take showers, and yes you can hear it, try to wait till they are done if you like it warm. The office people were nice when I first moved in the were they were total a-holes, one of them is snotty, really hyper and will be nice one time you talk to her then a beaver the next. Over all it is horrible. I would never want to live here again and I would never even recommend to the white trash people like the ones that live here!

I've lived here for over 5 years and you must have been one to avoid paying your rent on time or complaining about every little thing. You just can't please everyone!!! And : Do you always throw the race card around???
