"New Improvements" =Nothing Special

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
We have lived in Pacific Wind for a-while, my lease is up in April. The exterior of the facility is very nice and well kept. Inside is just "ok". Old Pipes causing water leaks, walls painted about 15 times probably, carpet is the cheapest money can buy. We had an air conditioning problem last summer- it was 102 degrees in the apartment and they got it fixed so it was about 76 degrees when we had it set to 68 degrees, so 3rd floor not so cool in summer. Maintainence is really good- respond fast. Staff was decent before when Coleen was there-she listened and gave you the benifit of the doubt. The new girl has called my old phone # 4 times and I give her the new one everytime, apparently has no listening skills. Goes thru my old living quarters everytime just to get my new #. Dont try and have a couple people over after 11, you will be considered a "Party Animal" and get blamed for everything. I guess I am supposed to be home before 11pm on the weekends otherwise its a noise disturence. I feel like I am being watched and being babysit by the Manager. Oh and watch out for your neighbors leaving ransom notes as a joke on your door. When you confront them about it, you will be the bad guy expecially when they are buddies with the managers. Pool was ok, except for the time someone's child took a dump in it and they re-opened days later. All in all not happy with the way I have been treated here. That is why I am leaving, not to mention they are raising rent and making you pay for MUD now. Lots of other nicer places than this place 4 the money, look around. If you do decide to move in, get a garage, 5 reported car break-in's in our building in less than a year.
