We lived here for a year. The front parking lot in the winter turns into a skating rink. Once the ice melts, its a pond. There is no side walks other than those leading to the leasing office. The maintenance people have converted a golf cart into a snow plow...and these jackasses use it to drag race throughout the grounds. The management is completely sub-par. I would rather live in the ghetto than this dump. The neighbors upstairs from us had a dishwasher that leaked into our apartment that ruined all of our dry goods in the pantry, and caused the floor in our kitchen to curl up (fake hardwood.) The ENTIRE apartment was touched up before we moved in with spray paint....including the shower area. After taking a shower for a few months, the paint in the bathroom began to bubble and peel. Good luck with the whole aspect of "normal wear and tear." We were charged for stains that were left on our carpet from the previous tennants. They lied about replacing carpet after each tennant. This place is such a frickin joke. Even our sliding glass door and screen never worked. The numnuts from maintenance used axel grease to allow the worn rollers in the door to slide....making our entire apartment to stink like a city bus barn for 3 weeks after. I would highly recommend an airstrike on this entire complex. There is nothing but college kids living here. They party every weekend...and look out for New Years Eve....You would seriously be better off living in Iowa. MANAGEMENT SUCKS>>>MAINTENENCE SUCKS>>>BILLING SUCKS>>>
