So i lived here for a year and finally thank god i am gone! The maintenance here is awful! We had problems with our plumbing several times over the course of the year. One night a toilet backed up and flooded the master bedroom and then leaked into the apartment below us causing the neighbors downstairs to knock on our day at 3am and we called the maintenance emergency line and had no response for 3 days, we had a 3'x3' hole in our bathroom wall for 4 months, they never did replace the patch in the wall until a week before we moved out. We had multiple problems with the dishwasher in the kitchen and the maintenance man said he knew it needed to be replaced, but the managers wouldn't let them give us a new dish washer. The shower in the main bathroom constantly had problems with the hot and cold water.. only the bathtub faucet worked correctly and they fixed it 4 times, each time it took more than 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get someone over to fix it. We had to take cold showers and sometimes weren't even able to take a shower. They are very short staffed and it takes forever to respond! This was also a very noisy place. There are lots of children around and they are always screaming and yelling. The apartment itself, layout, location, and club house/fitness center were nice and useful, but i am saying don't live here unless you are extremely patient and don't mind waiting 2-4 weeks to get assistance from anyone.

I used to get that line from Maintenance too when my fridge stopped working, it was obviouse that it wasnt working but the management wouldn't let them bring in a new one. (until I started bringing management spoilet food from the fridge, but then I was told that I was acting like a drunken menace)
