I lived here for a year, my a.c went out a few times. My fridge broke three times, loss of food everytime. Normally it was right after my roomate and I went grocery shopping. It took a lot for them to even replace a little bit of the food. I woke up one day to the maintance guys in my apartment while I was sleeping in the nude, since my a.c. would be down for atleast a week at a time. He stated he did not want to wake me! That is BEYOND un-professional. Whomever painted the outside of the pool white, used the wrong paint. Not only did it ruin my brand new $80.00 swimsuit, but also several other peoples as well. They never did take care of that problem. Parking isn't the best. The sidewalks and stairs are VERYYYYY icey during the winter, and management states that it is not the responsibility, the resident needs to be careful because it is "Nebraska" weather. The managment is poor. But the units are decent. The maintenance lost our keys twice in a year and left neighbors keys in our unit. Non of which was reported to anybody, So anybody could help themselves!!!!!!!!
