I lived in Park Place from June 07 to May of 08, and I LOVED IT. It was my first apartment, and I had a roommate. The staff are all very nice and are willing to work with you on pretty much anything. The surroundings are gorgeous and very well maintained. It was a very good home to have, and I regret ever moving out. It is pricey but in my opinion it's worth it. After or year lease was up, we were offered to sign another, but my roommate moved home and I moved in with another friend to an ATROCIOUS apartment complex off maple street. It took living there to realize how awesome Park Place was. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, safe community. We never had any problems except a couple of small maintenance things. We did get in trouble once because we had a few friends over and we were a bit too loud. (woops) However, they were just trying to maintain the peace and quiet of this nice community. I someday hope to move back there and cannot wait for that day! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
