We have lived here 6 months and I hate this place also. My son's bike was stolen by another tennant (the mother) and her 3rd or 4th grade son. We also see police cars here constantly. I have left my apartment on several occations and walk right into people fighting or can here the fighting right out of our bedroom windows. I will no longer allow my son to associate with any of the kids here. My car has had someone try to pry into it twice now. Each and every night now that it is cold we can feel the cold air coming in out windows. We can't wait until this spring when out lease is up and we can move out of this place. I did find out it was goverment subsidized AFTER we signed the lease.

What people don't get is they accept section 8 which isn't "subsidized" they have income guidelines to keep the apartment in a middle income range.
