We were told when we moved in that the only crime that had occured around the apartment complexes in the last 1.5 years was a car break-in. We have lived here three months and have had a threatening note left specifically on our door and one left on the front door. The author of these notes threatened to f**k up the people in our building if they latched the front door open. He also threatened to shoot our dog. We have had to call the police once to report a woman screaming through her boyfriends door at 2am. On several occasions we have seen large numbers of police cars parked at one of the buildings (the most we have seen at one time is seven). We asked for an additional lock to be put on our door. After asking on three separate occasions and waiting four weeks the Pine Tree maintenance finally responded and installed the lock. The leaky window we asked to be repaired six weeks ago has never been looked at. There is plenty of parking here but your car is not safe in the parking lot from thieves, 29 year old men who believe the best way to solve an argument is to egg a car, etc. A car has also been broken into in the short time that we have lived here. Much of the exercise equipment they advertise to recruit people has been broken for the past few months. Also, they did not open the pool until several weeks after promised. The office staff always arrives 15-30 minutes late, and often leave early, so if you have a 9 to 5 job you will never be able to talk with them. We were also never told that this apartment complex is a subsidized living complex. A significant percentage of the people who live here are either unemployed and/or single mothers. These apartments are not for you if you care about your safety, or the safety of your children, car, pet, etc. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
