I lived at Pine Tree for 1 year and I hated every moment of it. The place was not secure at all. The management sucked. We were NOT aware when we moved in that it was government subsidized. It is not a quiet place or a clean place to live at. We could smell smoke coming up through the vents from the people below us. Stay away.
