If you are searching for an apartment to live in, please, I urge you to bypass Pinetree. The management here sucks more than a porn-star. They don't follow through with complaints. They don't make sure that everyone is abiding by the rules. The hallways stay filthy. I've seen things like: food, paper, boxes, roaches and silverfish, etc. You name it, its been in the hall. There are no rugs in the hallway so when you walk in and the floor is wet, be prepared to have a good balance or you will fall straight to the floor. Hold your kids tightly or they will go down too. They don't shovel the parking lot, it's always full of snow, ice, and slush. The sidewalk isn't any better. They rarely put salt down. You have to call and complain for days before they begin to do anything about the problem, if they do anything at all. If you really want to get their attention, just don't pay your rent on time. That's really the only thing they will respond to.

I am so with you on this one. I have been complaining about the carpet in my appartment since I moved in. It was suppose to be changed before i moved in instead the managment changed and so did the desicion to change my carpet. Then they finally got sombody out here to stretch the carpet is all that did was put wholes in some of the areas of the more traveled. The kids break out car windows during the summer so you have to rent a garrage unless you can afford to replace windows all the time. somebody tried to break into my apartment and tore the screen and they tried to charge me to fix it. I could write a book on the flaws here at Pine Tree. Im sure everybody here could i have yet to speak to anybody who is happy with their stay here at Pine Tree. The only people I see sticking it out is those who are having their rent paid for them to live here, Thats pretty sad and those are usually the children who are unattended. well no need to tell you my life story about this ---- whole. Just take my word for it because if not it will be the longest year of your life waiting to get out.
