I have had no complaints about the apartment it's self i love the set up and the size. nothing has ever broke down that wasnt fix ASAP, no bugs maybe some little ants in the summer other than that no probs. The hallways on the other hand are gross and is the "hang out" for the ghetto ass wanna be thugs. The Unit i live in the neighbors are great with the exception of a few. However there are tons of bad ass kids running around with droopin diaper and snot noses with NO parents around what so ever. The kids are very DISRESPECTFUL. Winter time the snow never gets shoveled till its damn near melting away, parking lot is icy.. BE CAREFUL! Summer time stay in your house because it gets worse. the pool opens up at the very end of summer u may get 1 month of use.. sad ... and is ran by the teenagers who think and act like they are grown, and also babysitting 12 other kids at the same time.. Just recently my car stero was stolen. Kids are constantly throwing rocks and just unsupervised, a lot of these problems do come with the section 8 program that they allow here. I work full time and am on the sec 8 program however most of the families here are unemployed and just dont give a fu*k. PLEASE check out other options before considering Pine Tree!!
