I lived in this 'hood for one week in 2002. The common areas as well as the living areas are not safe, quiet, or well kept. I was confronted daily by the necessity of the Omaha Police Department presence because of what seemed to be a teenage 'gang'. I was harassed when gettig my mail and trying to get to my apartment by the other tennants' children and their friends. The common area directly outside of my apartment was a gathering area/clubhouse for miscreants. They were loud, but not as loud as the noise from the Interstate directly outside my nonexistent windows that stopped NONE of the noise, or the wind for that matter. They do allow dogs, but that is the only living being for which this place may be suited.
