I lived here for the four years that I lived in Omaha and was generally happy with it. The only warning is to ask whether your potential neighbors smoke (if you smoke, it doesn't matter -- if you don't like smoke, it might be an issue). The plumbing exists in the shared walls, so any holes in the walls for the pipes can let smoke move from one apartment to the next.

Larry, the resident manager, is great -- always fun and willing to help.

A previous posting mentioned that parking is always great -- that's not exactly true if you live near the north end (entrance) of the complex and you come home after 6 p.m. -- those spaces fill up fast. (I had a garage, which made this a non-issue.)

Generally, it's a comfortable, quiet place to live and I enjoyed it.
