I've been here for over a decade, so I guess I can speak. Mgrs change every 3-4 yrs, with the worst set being a young couple who really let this place go downhill, regarding tenants. It's a small bldg w/50 apts. No community room, no garages, no place for kids to play (so there aren't many :-)). As with any apt bldg, it's a miniature city, with all kinds of people. For some reason, it isn't easy to get rid of the trash residents. Quietness quality is equal to a house. No problem with maintenance; responses are quick. Apts were remodeled in the late 90's; g/bye 1970's dark wood, and hello real oak. Some apts have had all the woodwork replaced with oak as well. Deck doors were replaced w/ high quality sliders; very weather-proof. Decks are regularly maintained. Having West Telemktg in the lower area makes for a bit more noise and fewer parking places during the workday; minor inconveniences. What will drive me away is the lack of laundry in the apartment; it's a long walk to the laundryroom. The Maple Village Assc hosts a 4th of July party, and Mega contributes. It's a secure bldg, altho some residents don't understand what that means. They're the same residents who don't understand what it means to rent.
