I've lived in three apartments and this one is probably just as good as my current one (Hillsborough Pointe). I think that the best part of this apartment is the attractive property that it sits on. It really makes you feel as though you're not living in an apartment. The pool is a bit small but that isn't the reason I moved to Raintree. The apartments were very nice and laid out well. Maintenance seemed to be great as were the office staff. We did have a problem with a neighbors water heater leaking water into our apartment but it was fixed very quickly. This is definitely an apartment to consider if you're looking for a nice west Omaha apartment.
