Don't waste your hard earned money- this place is terrible. We had a 1 bedroom plus den... We presented our list of complaints when we first moved in and didn't see or hear from them for 3 months. They are infested with silverfish in the summer and all my neighbors are slobs who leave things like pots of spaghetti and black bananas on their doorsteps. Plus, they still have the refrigerators that you have to defrost once a month which is a total pain. AND our OPPD bill for the hottest month of summer was $273 because nobody EVER changes ikters around there. Go next door to Candlewood if you like the location. Trust me! The only good thing is that you can paint it any color you want.
