We lived there for 14 months, and had a hard time getting maintenance issues fixed when new maintenence people were hired. We kept a spotless apartment, and we never got our deposit back because Liberty Managment was very lazy and did not send our check even after 4 calls!!! We still haven't gotten it even after 3 months! There were lots of silverfish, one we saw once was the size of a candy bar! Towards the end of our stay, lots of loud neighbors moved in and had loud parties and took up all the parking late night. The rent is cheap, but not worth it.
