What drew me to Raintree is the location and size of complex. It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The apartments are very roomy and i love having my own private entrance. This has to be by far the most clean and well kept up complex in nw omaha and more exciting things are on the way for us here at raintree. The clubhouse and pool and hot tub are a great asset. The grounds are clean and well kept up and it is very well lit up at night. Maintenance deserves AAAAAAAAttt it is always answered promptly answered and completed and i have been very satisfied with the response and the politelness of the staff and deserves AAAAAAAAAAttt, they truely ROCK!I will continue to renew my lease as i am very satisfied with my living arrangements with raintree and the apartment and the friendly neighbors.I would recommend this outstanding upscale complex to anyone who wants the best, come join the rest.
