Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
One can be very picky about apartment living, however unless the property belongs to you, there are always issues... Generally, it is very quiet. Private and secure entrances, no hooligans. More upscale crowd. Nice location at the lake and close to Whole Foods. Overpriced for the area' Yes. Heat is included, airconditioning is not (neither it works very well). Service calls are taken quickly. For Midwest this place is posh, for coastal living it's okay. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
