Please give it a second thought if you are planning to move in here. The location and the area is great, I agree , but there are sever water related problems.
We have had several hours of water outages since last winter, no one seems to be able to or cares to fix the root cause. There has been only 1 scheduled water outage which was supposed to have "fixed" the problem.
please verify average heat bills of your apatrment size before deciding in as well !
