They make you sign all the lease and legal documents, then they lose them because of their carelessness, and you pay the price of their negligence. I re-signed the lease in November 2008 for 6 months at their office, and clearly told them that I would move out in the end of June, unfortunately I trusted them, and didn't asked for a photocopy of that document. 5 months later, on the may 24th 2009, went to their office for the last rent payment, reminded them about my moving out, the lady said you were suppose to inform us at least 2 months before you move out, hence, I'll have to pay the rent till 24 July, I told her that I had already given them a notice 6 months ago that I would move out in June, and that's when my lease also ends. Anyway, me and wife both signed another moving out document at the office, and saw that management lady putting that document in some file. On the June 27th we moved out of that apartment, and we also had to pay the July rent, which we were not suppose to. As we had the custody of the apartment till 24 July now, we left couple of items like a 36' TV, humidifier, grill etc in the apartment, so that they can be picked up later. And on the 21st of July those things were gone, and the door locks were changed by the management. I called the management, and they said that they don't know anything about my TV and other stuff, even though when they were the only ones who came into my apartment and changed the door locks! Later the manager calls me, and says that I didn't gave them any notice about the moving out, and my lease ends in November 2009! Now they are asking for the august rent, not giving me my deposit back, and my stuff is also stolen!

Other facts about the property; lot of bugs, spiders, and other insects, silver fish that eats cloths!!! smelly hallways, The police raided three times in my front door apartment! and the management did nothing about that resident who had to do something with drugs, and had a bad criminal record! ducks waste is all over the property, which stinks! The only reasonable/friendly person in staff members is Shelly, and the maintenance guy is also good. The best thing is the view! but it comes with all of the things that don't worth it.
