I love these apartments. Many different floorplans. The management is great, and Maintenance is very fast. Very Large and somewhat high priced for Omaha, but they are the most beautiful apartments I've seen. I'd be lying if I said that there were zero things I would have changed, but NOWHERE you find will be perfect.

My apartment was a two bedroom that was more of a One bedroom with a den. The "second" bedroom had two thin sliding doors to the living room, sound travels through. The other problem is Parking, the parking garage that is attached is not owned by the management company. So you need to add about $85 a month for parking. The Parking Garage people were usually pretty friendly to work with.

Everyone who comes in to visit me is very impressed with the size. And I move out in about a month and I've already been told that it is likely to be filled.
