Since living here I have experienced pot smoke coming into my apartment through the fireplace from the apartment below, being woke up in the middle of the night due to parties, and so many police cars that I have lost count. Every day it is something new. Once a week we need to unclog the tub because it continually overflows. We called maintenance about it and they did come out only to have it happen again and again. I am in the property management business and if an apartment looked they way ours did when we moved in, we wouldn't have any renters! I would not suggest this community to anyone.
