When I first moved in I really liked the apartment. But soon everything changed. I am in law enforcement in another county and I did notice a considerably high amount of police coming in and out. And if they were not on a domestic violence call they would be driving around the complex harrasing people. My girlfriend was stopped twice by Sarpy County for driving through the complex, just driving! Like I said I am in law enforcement and I know that they have nothing better to do then harrass people. Another thing is that about three times a week I would get a pot odor coming in to my apartment. I have investigated and have found it to be an older gentlemen who lives below me. Also the people above me have a child that cries and sreams 24/7. I cant get any sleep and cant relax because of this. When I have told the apartment complex about these problems nothing happens. They cant afford to evict anybody because because they need all the money. This is far the worst comlpex I have ever lived in.
