It's certainly not the worst place to live, but after looking at other apartment complexes and their ammenities, this place really can not keep up with the area of town they are in. The office staff generally are decent enough to deal with, however, complaints are dealt with on a selective basis. The parking lot is filled with beater cars, boats and other vehicles just left out for storage. Overall, maintanance is promt, but results are far less than adequate. It is completely true about domestic disturbances, I personally have been woken up several times to either fighting or neighbors engaging in sex. Sometimes as simple as a general conversation at no louder than a typical inside voice. Security does seem to raise my concerns as there are a lot of state patrol searching the complex...to the extent that it seems they are looking specifically for someone! Speaking of which, as a previous reviewer noted, there is a tremendous amount of pot odors floating about the complex. And finally, I seriously think this place was designed with a very constrictive floor plan in mind. Overall, I would say that this is a good place for someone that is just starting out, that really doesn't care about the upkeep and appearance of the neighborhood that they live in.
