I just signed a one year lease with Rock Creek apartments. I haven't had too many issues as of yet. There is one really big issue that I have though: the really thin walls. The first couple of weeks I was there, I could here our neighbor (who shares our bedroom wall) snoring, burping, farting, talking on his phone, and all else you can imagin. It is disturbing to think what everyone else in the complex can hear going on! The neighbors above us have this like five year old kid who runs around at god aweful hours screaming and stomping. We complained to the office, but they didn't do anything. The person who shares are living room wall watches his tv so loud that our pictures fall off the walls.

Everyone who has said anything about the doors being unsafe, they are right. They are only held in by one bolt that's half inch. If someone just wanted to walk by and kick the door down, they could. It is literally like living in a hotel! It's one big hallway with a bunch of doors. It was scary at first, but now it's the norm.

There are smells of mariuanna every where, but not like you can pinpoint a door. The parking sucks big time. And it's right off Giles, so trying to get out in the morning is almost impossible. You have to sqweel your wheels everytime to get out.

The bonus stuff is that you get a lot of ammenities and you have the wildlife park next door for entertainment. Other than that, it's definately not worth the amount we pay and its a huge headache to live there.
