I have lived at Rock Creek and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff has always treated me with respect and taken care of my needs. The grounds are always well taken care of, hell drive by and see for yourself. The work staff that does the repairs are awsome, they are always running around and I have NEVER had to wait over a day for a repair.
It is really sad that some people think this is the forum to air their ------- and taint the reputation of a great place. If you have a problem you should really consider talking with Management instead of spreading lies. GROW UP!! Granted I have complained about things...the parking was one big issue and you know what'' They are actually having another parking lot put in. Where else would that happen' I am going on my 2nd year here and my increase was only $10.00, the last place I lived...Brentwood Park...they raised me $45.00 after my 1st year.
I would recommend Rock Creek and encourage my friends to live here. Heck I have and they gave me $200.00.
I have never felt safer. I lived at Brentwood Park for a year and Applewood Pointe for 2 and sincerely, I had way more problems than I have ever had here.
All I can say is take what you read with a grain of salt and do not let them sway on what you want! This is mearly an OPINION SITE and opinions vary from person to person and their experience. From the tone of some of these people I don't think that they could be pleased!
