Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Wife and I lived there just over a year, resigned the lease then fell into a house so paid to break the lease early.
The only complaints I have are the walls and ceiling could be better insulated, can hear a lot from your neighbors, and they (used to anyway) lock the bathrooms at the pool when the office closed. (asking people to pee in the pool is not a good idea)
The pool is teeny tiny but if you didn't know that when you signed the lease, your an idiot. The washer and drier in unit are stackable just like the model.
