I lived here a few years ago and just noticed this site and had to write a review. This was by far the worst place I lived in. I had to keep my patio door closed because the neighbors below where always smoking pot. Not to mention you could hear every arguement and people having sex. I don't know how many time the cops where there for disputes. If at all stay away from this place!

It really depends on which side of the creek you live on. If you live on the side of the creek where the office is, then it's great! The other side is bad. Cops all the time, pot smoking, weird people that won't leave you alone...etc...
