We have lived here since mid 2007 and will likely be here until we decide to find a house. Their 2 bedrooms are big enough for 2 adults and a child, they have a decent pool and a friendly staff who honestly try to help. We can hear our neighbors above us and beside us, but it's an apartment. I can't say that I've ever lived anywhere that it was completely quiet. When the upstairs neighbors got really loud we talked to the office and it has not been a problem since. We have smelled cigarette smoke, no marijuana though. There are several police officers who live here, and we have never seen or heard of one being called here for a disturbance. As far as bugs, well, yes we have seen a few silverfish. But they have an exterminator twice a month FREE. Plus, when you live next to a creek and all of the beautiful trees, not to mention a stones throw from Chalco Recreational, what would you expect' The 300K dollar homes probably have the same problem. You have your own washer/dryer, great location, and reasonable rent. We like it here.
