How does Russ Development renovate a 50 year old building with clogged pipes, leaky faucets, cockroach problems, urine and feces in the stairwells, snakes in the basement, and the security doors never work''' They paint it!!

I've never had such a bad experience at an apartment in my life! There are people constantly yelling at the building from outside, the office staff rents to hookers and drug dealers, and mexican families with 5 or more people seem to be living in studio apartments. The police are here every day and Atila the Hun who runs the office is the most disgusting apartment manager you could ever deal with! Unless you don't mind her eating pork rinds and belching it in your face!!
