Staff changes to much, rent raised for what'

way to many crack dealers and user,too many for the ONE security guard, who's allways putting people out of one door while others come in threw another door poor guy. if it's not your neighbor making noise it's the people out side. move here if your a drug dealer or crack head, you should have no problem finding drugs or selling them.
I stay on one of the top floors and have mice and roaches. maintnace what that, that meens money,apr.250 apt 2 maintnace men for 11 floors.
