paying over $300 for a small cockroach infested studio apartment is rediculous. the owners do change too much and the building is now under construction. nothing is done about complaints on noisey neighbors and there are a lot of mental ward people that wander the halls screaming and yelling at night. the neighborhood is ---- too, you can't walk out to buy milk at night without getting asked for change 2-3 times and spotting hookers trying to get into the building on the way back. sure it's locked but what good does that do when the disgusting sluts wait by the door to be let in' when my lease is up i'm out.
