Myself and my wife lived at royalwood on the green for appx 10 months. This was the first place that we lived as a couple and the expierience was not that good. We had a resident who lived below us that was phsyco. She constastly was beating on our floor with something and eventually started threatening both me and my wife. Keep in mind we are both professional people and are very quiet, she did not like that she could hear us walking around.we brought this to the mgrs attn and she did nothing about it. We had to resort to calling the police after putting up with this for some time. We made this problem very aware to the apt mgrs on several occasions,but, since this lady was a friend of the mgr she was reluctant to doing anything about it. finally we decided that we were going to break our lease and move to another community.Although seldin co. allowed us to break our lease with no penalty we had to pull teeth to do that. This is not a community that i would reccomend to a couple or a family as they are more a younger community. With all the problems of a younger community.
