Dismayed With Ford Warehouse Apts.

In general, the management at Ford Warehouse is disorganized and very unprofessional. They lose records, do not communicate with each other, and just do not seem to care about the tenants. Although advertised as a "secure" building, the doors are often left propped open, and the management does nothing to remedy the situation. One of the "selling" points was a trash chute on each floor, unfortunately, often the chute is not functioning properly and trash accumulates in the hallways. When a problem is brought to management's attention, they often seem annoyed and take on a sarcastic tone. A lot of bad experiences at Ford Warehouse, looking forward to the end of my lease. Definitely overpriced for the level of service received.
