I am a CU law student who, unfortunately, still has a lease with Ford Warehouse until 12/01. The following are just a few of the bad experiences I have had:

3 months after signing lease the management tried to impose a $35.00 washer/dryer fee that was never discussed and was not included in our lease agreement. When I called to dispute the fee, the property manager was unbelievably rude and attacked my honesty. I reported ants in my apartment in May. Despite repeated complaints, management did not hire an exterminator until August. By then there were hundreds of ants. Reported the window leaked when it rained and stained my drapes. For nearly 3 months management failed to get the window fixed. Pay $55.00 p/m for parking, yet management told another to park in my spot during the day while I was at class. When I complained, management was rude and oblivious to the fact they did something wrong. Too many other bad experiences to mention here. My opinion is $800 p/m is too much to pay to live in a building where management is rude, very unprofessional and in many ways incompetent.
