I lived in the Old Market Lofts for a year. The apartments ane nice loft apartments, many units have brick exposed in the apartments. The amenities are nice with an exerecise room, and swimming pool rooftop and grills. However, the residents tend to be younger-a good mix of Creighton and other university students who like to party. Some of their escapades lead to quite a bit of noise and trash left in the elevators on the weekend. This certainly takes away from an otherwise decent place to live in boring Omaha. A little pricey-because you have to pay for assigned parking-which coupled with the high rent can make this place a pretty penny.
