I cant believe that this woman is in management. If she were my employee, trust me, she would have been fired a long time ago. This woman tops the chart at being rude and nasty. What I want to know is who died and made her God ?

Susan, heres some friendly advise, instead of having had a really bad ---- job done, you should have gotten a personality enhancement instead.
