Do NOT rent an apartment from Seldin. I lived at the Old Market Lofts and found Seldin to be a terrible, terrible landlord. I cannot emphasize enough how poor my experience was. I found the staff (excluding maintenance) to be rude, lazy, and arrogant. The apartment itself was not bad, but the discourteous and poor attitude of the staff made my time there miserable.
