Do not rent from Seldin. They are a bunch of scumbag rats who do not care about human beings. Live here if you want to spend too much money for what craphole they stick you in. Also, make sure that you don't speak your mind because they will hold that against you and find any way they can to give you the old screw job. Your money would be better spent flushing it down the toilet after you wiped. At least it would do what you inteded for it to do.
