i had to submit a letter that i would terminate my lease and turn them into the the health and safety department. the resident above me's trash leaked onto my patio for weeks before they did anything. Here I am a month later and My garage was accessed by maintenance without notice and all of my things were discarded. I spoke with the manager who said she forgot to update the garage log with maintenance and they "accidentaly" cleaned out my garage. My things were never recovered and a box was taken out of my garage with personal information. I have had to cancel all of my accounts for possible identity theft and had to call cops. The manager, Michelle did not seem at all concerned this happened and I will now have to take legal action. Don't ever rent from these people.
