Not a great place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Apartment leaked during heavy storms. Office staff unhelpful and rude. When I put in my 30 day notice, I was told they would not accept the notice because it was after the 1st of the month and I would need to wait until next month to put in notice. No smoking policy in public corridors are ignored by everyone, especially maintenance.
