Very Nice Place -- although a bit pricey

I lived at SW Gables in a 1BR apt from 2/01 until 2/03. I absolutely loved these apartments. The complex is rather small and the rental office staff are very helpful and the maintenance is EXCELLENT! Absolutely the best I have ever seen. I paid $685 per month for a rather small 1 BR -- however, I just had a baby and needed a 2BR apartment. The grounds are kept up very well! The building staff keep the apartments immaculate! I never had any problems with security! I moved down the street to Apple Tree apartments and had my car broken in to the second week I was there! If I could have afforded the rent on a 2BR at SW Gables -- I would have stayed there! Definitely worth the money!!! You definitely get what you pay for!
