Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
This was my very first apartment. It was pricey but I did get a leasing special (which helped). But I do think it was worth it being new to a city. It was EXTREMELY safe. I loved the underground parking, the elevator (with a shopping cart to use so you only have to make one trip w/ groceries!), trash chutes on every floor, and the locked entry. There was a lot of older people that lived there - but it made for quiet neighbors.
