With gas, heat, water and garage included, this is the best deal in town. The apartments are clean and well-cared for. Maintenance is never a problem. One call brings Bill or Randy to the rescue. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. On site caretakers keep the halls sparkling. The amenities are terrific - washer/dryer, elevators, trash chutes on each floor, storage locker at no charge! We could easily buy a house, but this is home without the hassle.
