Horrible crime rate

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I lived at Spring Acres for 3 years. In that three year period I had my car stolen once, broken into once and my roomated car was stolen and broken into. My other roomates car was also broken into. There are cops there EVERY night. Especially on weekends. The apartments are built REALLY poorly and the neighbor hood is full of white-trash. Kids run around wild with no parental supervision and they are constantly getting into fights and trouble. Do not live here. For the money - go somewhere else.
