The worst problem was that Management and Maintenance both were very slow. I had to wait an extra week to move-in because the apartment wasn't ready even though it had been vacant and pre-rented to me for over 3 weeks. The security entrances never seemed very secure as they were propped open more often than closed. Like all apartments without washer/dryer units in the apartments it was always a hassle to do laundry because there was only one set of machines per 12 apartments.
