I've lived at Spring Acres for about 4 years now. At first, I wasn't so sure about the place, but since it has come under the new resident manager, things have really gotten a lot better.

The staff has tried to start up a neighborhood watch, and we even have security patrol the community. I've seen some stupid people do idiotic things, but for the most part, it's a pretty quiet place. There are the parents that let their children run wild, but they usually don't last long. The same with noisy neighbors.

The maintenance staff has always been friendly. They respond in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. They're even nice to my cats who are always underfoot.

They have really tried to go all out for their residents the past couple of years. They even have little community parties once or twice a year, food provided. They even have special promotions for paying your rent before the first of the month and renewing your lease.

The only real thing I don't like is that parking can get a little crowded in some of the parking lots, especially on "party" nights. And they aren't really strict with parking in no parking zones. I've gotten my car blocked in once and was almost late for work because people don't know how to park.
