I have lived here for our 1 year lease and it was not the best experience. Things went well unless something went wrong. Our window was rotted out when we moved in and it took 4 calls to get them to call a carpenter to fix it. Then they didn't tell us when he was coming in! They just didn't take care of us very well and it always took at least two calls to get anything done. Also, they have to have a work order written up to get something done, and I found that I had to tell them to write a work order up, otherwise they would forget and it would take longer. If you move in, pray that nothing breaks down or any other problems.
Also, I think the whole staff smokes ALOT, meaning that most every time I have called, no one is in the office because they are out on smoke breaks.
