I moved in spring hill in August 2006 and would have to say that the apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful with the exception of horribly painted walls with markings all over. The maintnance is absolutely slow and horrible...you have to walk down two apartment buildings to put your trash in the dumpster. We still have a sticky note on our door for the apartment number(new apartments, but come on!) There has also been a leak in the enterance and everytime it rains, it leaks. Their solution was to cover up the mold with spray paint! If it wasn't for the horrible maintnance, I would probably renew my lease(as the apartment itself is very good size) but little things really start to add up!

2006-2007 I was one of the first groups to ever move into these apartments. I've got to say- this is one of the most strict lease I've ever seen. If you just a few days late on your payment, you receive an eviction notice. I've lived there for a year now, my bathroom still has not been painted from when they were first built. The manager / owner promised a swimming pool and they haven't even started on this. The maintenance is HORRIBLE and the owner will stick you with whatever costs he can. The review before is correct! The main walk way leaks every time it rains and during the winter. They do nothing about it. Also- when your lease is up, you have to give a 30 day notice. If you are even one day late, your lease is renewed for an entire year again. WORST MANAGEMENT YET! Again, we were told that we would atleast have numbers on our apartment doors, and we still have sticky notes on them. It's too bad, because the layouts are beautiful. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Been at Spring Hill a few months and if I could get out of my lease, I would. Promises, promises before you sign the lease and move in and then, NOTHING! No response to phone calls, faxes, nothing! Beautiful apartment but management and maintenance SUCK, to say the least. I will be leaving the moment my lease is up. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
